These terms apply when you use wizket.com or work with Wizket (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.

Using this website

You can browse, read and share our pages freely. Please don’t try to break, overload or copy the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Projects and quotes

Everything on this site is general information, not an offer. Every project is agreed separately: before work starts we send a plan with the scope, timeline and price, and that written plan (with any contract or invoice terms we agree) is what applies to your project. Timelines on this site are typical, not promises.

Payments

Payment amounts, milestones and due dates are set out in your plan or invoice. Work may pause if a payment is overdue.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content, logos and materials you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Ownership of the finished work passes to you as set out in your plan, normally once it is paid for in full. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to or we have signed an NDA.

Arcade and coupon codes

Win a coupon code in the Wizket Arcade and you get a discount on your Wizket project. The number at the end of the code is the percentage off (for example, a code ending in 15 means 15% off). Your best code is added to your brief automatically when you message us from the Contact page, or you can simply mention it in your message.

  • The discount comes off the project price in your plan.
  • One code per project; if you have several, we use the biggest one.
  • Codes have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.
  • We may change or end the arcade offer at any time, but a code already added to an agreed plan stays honoured.

Our content

The design, text, graphics, games and code of this site belong to Wizket. Please ask before reusing them.

Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or the links on it. Our responsibility for project work is set out in your plan or contract.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites (such as WhatsApp or social networks) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
