This policy explains what information Wizket (“we”) collects when you visit wizket.com or contact us, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp, email us or fill in the project brief, we receive what you write: usually your name, phone number or email, your business name and details about your project.
  • Basic server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical details of each visit (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information. If we add analytics or ad tracking in the future, we will update this page first.

What is stored on your device

The site saves a few small settings in your own browser (local storage), such as your light or dark theme, your draft project brief, arcade scores and coupon codes. They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

How we use your information

  • To reply to you and prepare a plan or quote for your project.
  • To deliver and support the work you hire us for.
  • To keep the website secure and working.

We only contact you about your enquiry or project. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. It passes through the services we use to talk to you and run the site: WhatsApp (Meta), our email provider and our hosting provider. We share it with anyone else only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project conversations and files for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time afterwards for support, accounts and legal records. Ask us and we will delete what we no longer need to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using it. This includes your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to contact@wizket.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
